What we do
What's going on ...
There are a number of things happening here at PCG. And we're hoping you might want to join in some of the fun.
Kids
We currently have activities for all age groups. Nursery is available during the morning gathering, and young kids have children’s church following the morning singing.
Youth
Our youth are involved in many areas of the main church body, from praise team to the annual Christmas program. Pastor Kat heads up youth and women’s areas.
Worship Gathering
Connect Sundays at 10:15 AM with coffee and conversation. At 10:30 gather for a worship experience with our live band and practical teaching.
We also have a Wednesday prayer support group from 6:30 – 7:30, where we gather to support one another, and our larger community, through prayer.
Teams
There are a number of teams who facilitate different areas of life at PCG. These include Worship Arts, Kids Care, Spaces and Greeting. See below for more info.
Sunday Circles
This is our version of Sunday School, which takes place Sunday mornings from 9:30 – 10:15. We have groups for Women, Men, Youth and Kids.
Our Community
We desire to support the Pineville community in practical ways. Currently, we have an on-going “Blessings Box” which contains food and household items free for the taking set up outside.
Teams
Worship Arts
Robin Ladner currently heads our Worship team. The worship team consists of musicians and singers, as well as audio/visual and livestream areas.
Kids Care
The team that works with our youngsters is coordinated by Kathryn Robinson, and covers nursery, children and youth classes, as well as VBS.
Spaces
Spaces is a team that is charged with revitalizing the “spaces” in the church. This group maintains the appearance of the public spaces, as well as handling the decor for the changing seasons.
Greeting
This team is our welcome wagon. They set up the coffee, greet people as they enter, give directions and smile a lot.
“I am so thankful for the wonderful people of PCG, just for being there for all of us on our different faith journeys. The community and realness here are genuine, and is helping me heal from past hurts and church trauma.”
